Obverse: the obverse of the coin shows the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing necklace (Australia valid for a constitutional monarchy, in which Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is the Queen of Australia). The coin engraved with the words "ELIZABETH II" and the name of the state "AUSTRALIA". At the bottom of the coin is inscribed the denomination of the coin "30 DOLLAR". Below queen image engraved in the designer's initials JC (Jody Clark). On the left side at the middle is also inscribed alphabet "P" which is Australian Mint The Perth Mint.
Reverse: the center of the coin depicts a Koala sitting on an Eucalyptus tree branch under the leaves. In the top of the coin engraved words "AUSTRALIAN KOALA", at the bottom - mintage year "2019", weight "1 KILO" and silver purity "9999 SILVER".
