Obverse: the stylized coat of arms of the Republic of Lithuania is depicted - Vytis and fragments of barricades, which appear on the top with the inscription LIETUVA. The denomination is 50 LITŲ at the bottom of the coin.
Reverse: a fragment of photography by Zin Kazenas, a man highlighted by the flag of the Republic of Lithuania, has been colored on the reverse side of the coin. On the right side of the coin there is the inscription LIETUVOS SĄJŪDIS 25. The coin is marked on the left side by the year 2013.
Edge: SU SĄJŪDŽIU UŽ LIETUVĄ.
