Obverse: depicts the Lithuanian Republic coat of arms which is an armored soldier on the horse.
Reverse: depicts the globe which is split into equal parts. Between the globes, there is an athlete that runs with a flaming torch in his hand. The logo above symbolizes the Fifth Global Lithuanian games. An inscription "PENKTOSIOS PASAULIO LIETUVIŲ SPORTO Ĺ˝AIDYNÄS 1995" (eng. Fifth Global Lithuanian Sports Games 1995).
About the coin: the commemorative coin that marks the fifth Global Lithuanian sports game. The first games were arranged in 1978 by the example of Olympic games in Canada. The metal of the coin is composed of copper and nickel alloy. Gediminas Karalius and Petras Gintalas are the authors of the coin's design.
