Reverse: The reverse displays the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, with the inscription "中华人民共和国" (English: People's Republic of China) around the upper edge and the mintage year "2025" at the bottom.
About the Coin: This coin is minted from pure .999 silver. The Chinese Silver Panda was first minted in 1983, with a limited annual mintage of 20,000 coins in the first three years. Each year, the coin features a new design, with the exception of 2002, when the 2001 design was reused. It is minted at three locations in China: Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Shenyang. Unlike mints in other countries, these coins do not bear mint marks. Instead, each mint incorporates subtle design variations, such as font size, bamboo forest dimensions, and slight differences in the Temple of Heaven design. Since 2016, these coins have been minted with a weight of 30 grams instead of 1 oz. All coins in the Chinese Panda series, whether gold or silver, are legal tender in China.
