Obverse: in the centre of the coin the inscription 5 LITAI around a flax decoration.
Reverse: the coat of arms of the State - the Vytis, below it the Pillars of Gediminas and below that the year of minting 1925. On the edge of the coin is the inscription Republic of Lithuania.
About the coin: one of the first Lithuanian coins to appear in circulation in 1925, the models were designed by sculptor Juozas Zikaras.
