Obverse: The coin depicts the famous Greek Orthodox Arkadi Monastery. The coin is inscribed on the left side of the name of the state in Greek "ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ". On the right side of the coin, above the monastery superimposed date of minting coins in 2016, below the monastery carved monastery name in Greek "ΜΟΝΗ ΑΡΚΑΔΙΟΥ". At the very bottom of the coin is inscribed mintmark.
Reverse: Regular 2€ denomination number.
