Reverse: a stylized portrait of Nicholas Radziwill the Black on the left of the Radziwill family coat of arms. Coins at the top of the semicircle superimposed MIKALOJUS RADVILA JUODASIS 500.
Edge: edge inscribed ŠTAI GIMINĖ, KURIA SUSVYRAVUSI RĖMĖS TĖVYNĖ (There is a family which based the wobbled homeland).
