Kudirka’s shoulder, the printing year "1991" is shown. In the center, there is the image of Vytis, with the signature of the Board Chairman below it. The unique serial number is on the right side.
Reverse: The reverse side depicts a bell surrounded by Lithuanian nature, symbolizing the works of "Varpininkas" V. Kudirka. The inscription "LIETUVOS BANKAS" is at the top, and the denomination "PENKI ŠIMTAI LITŲ" is at the bottom.
