Reverse: the king of Lithuania, Mindaugas, is seated in the throne and hands in keeping with the royal regalia - the skeptic and the power symbol - the apple. The inscription MINDAUGO KARŪNAVIMAS 1253 (eng. Mindaugas coronation 1253 is inscribed around coin.
Edge: the inscription LIETUVOS KARALYSTĖ (Eng. Kingdom of Lithuania 1253).
