The words "1821-2021" and "200 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΕΠΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΗ" ("1821-2021" and "200th ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREEK REVOLUTION") are engraved around the coin. At the bottom of the coin is the name of the country "ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ" and on the left is a palm branch, which is the mark of the Greek Mint) and the year of issue "2021" and the embossed monogram of the artist Georg Stamatopoulos.
