Reverse: The reverse of the coin depicts Britannia standing firmly on the British Isles, holding Neptune's trident. This imagery on coins dates back over 2000 years to the time of the Roman Empire, during the reign of Emperor Hadrian. At the top of the coin is inscribed the weight of the coin "1/10 OZ", while to the right is inscribed the purity of the coin "999,5 Platinum". On the left side of the coin is the word "BRITANNIA" and the year of coinage "2024".
Obverse: The obverse of the coin features the portrait of His Majesty King Charles III, surrounded by the inscription "CHARLES III D G REX F D 10 POUNDS".
About the coin: This is the first and symbolic coin of the Royal Mint "Britannia" series featuring the portrait of King Charles III. Although this coin has been minted since 1997, this year it was released with a new design that creates a latent image, surface animation, and security features, protecting the coin from counterfeiting.
