Above the coat of arms is a boat floating on a red background and above that the name of the country of origin 'REPUBLIC OF PALAU'. The denomination of the coin, '10$', is embossed at the bottom. This unique composition is surrounded by the outer ring, which, together with the ornament, bears the series name 'GREAT CONSPIRACIES' and the coin's title 'NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM' (New World Order).
Reverse: the reverse of the coin shows a globe with the participants of a mysterious meeting seated around a table. The reverse features the famous symbol of the Illuminati, a triangle with an eye. On the left, at the top of the coin, is the engraved name of the coin in English, 'NEW WORLD ORDER'.
