Obverse: the obverse of the coin features the coat of arms of Bangladesh. At the center is a water lily, flanked by rice stalks. At the bottom is the inscription ১৯৯২.
Reverse: the reverse depicts runners, one of whom is holding a torch. At the top is the inscription 25th OLYMPIC GAMES, below it the denomination ONE TAKA, and at the bottom – বাংলাদেশ BANGLADESH.
About the coin: this silver coin was issued to commemorate the XXV Summer Olympic Games held in Barcelona in 1992.
