Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts a stylised Vytis, the symbol of the coat of arms of the Republic of Lithuania, and a Tricolour, the symbol of the coat of arms of Ukraine. Above them is the inscription 'LIETUVA', below the denomination '10 €' and the logo of the Lithuanian Mint. The artistic composition features Ukrainian fabric patterns as if alluding to the canvas used throughout the entire life cycle of a person - from birth to death.
Reverse: hands are depicted, as if embracing everything that is the state, the nation, fighting for tradition, history, present and future. The stylised outline of the Ukrainian state, filled with volumetric details of ethnographic ornaments in fabric, depicts how Ukrainians defend their land, their homeland, their homes, their loved ones, the graves of their ancestors and their history. The composition also depicts the inscriptions in Lithuanian "UKRAINOS KOVAI UŽ LAISVĘ" (For Ukraine's fight for freedom) and in Ukrainian "УКРАЇНА БОРЕТЬСЯ ЗА СВОБОДУ".
