Obverse: on this side of the coin, in the middle, is the Estonian national emblem in the perspective of the national flags tricolor. On the side of the coin, minters depicted three national colors - blue, white, and black. Around the emblem, the words "EESTI VABARIIK 2021" (Eng. Republic of Estonia 2021). Below there is a signature of Friedrich Karl Akel.
Reverse: depicts a portrait of a figure that is nominated for this coin. On the left side, there is a full name and a life span of the statesman "FRIEDRICK KARL AKEL 1871 - 1941". On the opposite side, there is a coin's denomination of 15 euros.
About the coin: a design created by Artis Kristo Kooskora dedicated to statesman's Friedrich Karl Akel 150th anniversary. The author of the coin's design is a well-known Estonian artist and researcher of architectural heritage.
