Reverse: the reverse of the coin depicts Kookaburra birds perched on a tree branch, with the word "KOOKABURRA" at the top, along with the year of issue, the weight, and the metal purity "2023 1OZ 9999 SILVER". The right edge of the coin is engraved with the letter 'P' which is the mintmark of the Perth Mint.
Obverse: The obverse of the coin depicts Queen Elizabeth II, who is also the Monarch of Australia. The Queen's name and the name of the State 'ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA' are engraved on the top of the coin, as well as the letters 'JC' on the left-hand side, and the denomination of the coin '1 DOLLAR' on the bottom.
Packaging: Each coin is packaged in its original Perth Mint hard plastic capsule.
