Name:
Half Dollar 1948-1963 US Franklin Silver Coin

11.250 g.
Obverse: depicts Benjamin Franklin. Above him, the word 'LIBERTY' is engraved. Underneath, the motto 'IN GOD WE TRUST' and the year of issue.

About the coin: this coin is special because of a minting variation called 'Bugs Bunny', which is the result of a collision of the dies that causes two teeth to protrude out of Franklin's mouth. Although this clash of impressions is most common in 1955, it is also known in other years' issues.
