At the initiative of the European Commission, in 2022 all EU Member States will issue a common €2 coin with a common motif, "35 years of Erasmus". This is the fifth series in which all 19 countries with the euro currency are participating. The coin album provides valuable background information on the Erasmus programme. The national flags of all Erasmus participating countries are integrated into the design.
