Reverse: The founder of the choir, Herman Perelštein, is depicted on the reverse of the coin. At the bottom is carved the inscription „CHORO „ĄŽUOLIUKAS“ ĮSTEIGĖJUI HERMANUI PERELŠTEINUI – 100“. ("FOR THE FOUNDER OF THE CHOIR "AŽUOLIUKAS" HERMAN PERELŠTEIN - 100".)
