Avers: The obverse of the coin depicts three figures of the singing people, and around them the symbols of traditional folk culture - singing heritage - "sutartines" - polyphonic melody. In the coin, the word "SUTARTINĖS", the name of the country "LIETUVA", the year of minting "2019" and the mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint, are minted. The outer ring of the coin is twelve stars of the European Union.
Reverse: Regular 2€ denomination number.

About the coin: This 2 euro commemorative coin is dedicated to "Sutartines" - multi-lingual Lithuanian songs. "Sutartines" is the old style of highland singing. Contractuals were performed not only by singing but also by dancing. In 2010, UNESCO formally incorporated Lithuanian treaties into the UNESCO Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage.
