At the bottom of the coin, on the left, in the background, depicts the Capitol building, and on the right are minted the year of the coin and mint mark.
Reverse: The reverse of the coin depicts the US symbol - flying White Eagle. In the top of the coin is minted the name of the state and the coin denomination "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "TWENTY DOLLARS". At the bottom of the coin there is a rising sun and inscription "IN GOD WE TRUST".
Edge: The inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM" is erased (eng. One out of many).
