Obverse: the small coat of arms of the Russian Empire is depicted - a crowned double-headed eagle with monarchic symbols in its claws; George, and in the wings are the coats of arms of the lands of the empire.
Reverse: in reverse the crown is minted at the top, the denomination "10 КОПКЕКЪ" (10 kopeck) is engraved in the middle and the year of mintage of the coin.
