Obverse: depicts the coat of arms of Pope Francis, around which the inscription 'CITTA DEL VATICANO' (Vatican City) and the year of minting are embossed.
Reverse: the usual denomination numbers of euro coins.
About the silver coin: the reverse of the coin shows two doctors and a patient. The name of the country of origin 'CITTA' del VATICANO' is embossed at the top of the reverse. This commemorative 2022 coin is dedicated to the medics who fought the COVID-19 pandemic.
