Obverse: the obverse of these 1, 3 and 10 gold ducat coins depicts the Grand Duke of Lithuania Sigismund Augustus, surrounded by the Latin legend "SIGISMVNDVS AVGVSTVS REX POLONIAE MAGNVS DVX LITHVANIAE".
Reverse: the heraldic coat of arms is engraved on the reverse of the Golden Ducts 1 and 3 a five-field shield with a Polish eagle, Lithuanian Vytis, Archangel Michael of Kiev, Smolensk Bear, Volyn Cross, and in its center is the coat of arms of the Sforces coat of arms. The Latin legend "MONETA AVREA MAGNI DVCATVS LITVANIAE" (eng. Gold coin of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania) is engraved around coat of arms. The coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania - Vytis, is engraved on the 10 ducat, otherwise known as Florinus, reverse, below it are the pillars of the Gediminas coat of arms. The Latin legend "MONETA MAGNI DVCATVS LITVANI I0 FLOR AVR" (eng. Gold Coin of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania 10 Florin) is engraved around it.
About coins: coins are sold with a chest-shaped box. The chest-shaped box is covered with a leather substitute and is made of velor inside. In front of the shed is the emblem of the five-field coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania with the Polish eagle, Lithuanian knight, Archangel Mykolas of Kiev, Smolensk bear, Volyn cross, and in the center of the coat of arms is the serpentine of the Sforces family.
