We inform you that customers who paid with a payment card for precious metals in our physical store and were charged an additional payment card fee can apply for a refund of this fee.
To recover this fee, you can visit any Florinus salon (in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Šiauliai) and provide the purchase receipt or invoice. Upon presenting the payment document, the money will be refunded within 5 business days.
