About the coin: the 20 euro gold coin was issued on the occasion of the 10th World Athletics Championships. The championship is sponsored by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland (August 6, 2005 - August 14, 2005), where the first IAAF World Championships took place. 1983 One in 2005 the themes of the championships were the Paralympic events, some of which were included as exhibition events.
