Reverse: in the centre, the manor house in Eidsvold, where the Constituent Assembly met and decided on 17 May 1814. The Constitution of Eidsburg on 17 May, which is still the Constitution of Norway. Surrounded by the head of the Viking king on the left and the Norwegian coat of arms on the right, surrounded by the coats of arms of the 6 Norwegian dioceses.
About the silver plate: this is the Norwegian equivalent of the now-out-of-print 50 kroner banknote, struck on a silver plate.
