Reverse: Stylized figures of basketball players are depicted, with the inscription of the Lithuanian National Olympic Committee on the right and the inscription ATLANTA, 1996 on the left.
Edge: The edge of the coin features the words CITIUS. ALTIUS. FORTIUS.
